Our apartment house is located right in the center of Nerezine, at the harbor, making it a perfect spot for walks along the seaside promenade. Beaches, restaurants, cafes, and shops are just a few minutes away on foot. The house has two apartments, each with two bedrooms and a living room connected to the kitchen. Both apartments have access to a shared terrace, and the upper apartment also has a smaller private terrace with a view. On the lower shared terrace, there is a barbecue and a comfortable seating area. For sunny summer days, there is a large umbrella that provides shade.
On the lower floor of the house, there is a social room with a bar and seating area, which opens directly onto the pier. All the rooms in the house are fully furnished with designer furniture, offering all the comfort you need on your vacation. The two upper apartments consist of two separate bedrooms and a living room connected to a kitchenette. The first-floor apartment has its own entrance through the garden. The upper apartment is especially attractive with its private terrace offering breathtaking views, perfect for those who prefer a quieter, more intimate atmosphere during their stay. All guests will also appreciate the access to a private garden with an outdoor kitchen and seating area. A big plus is the parking available right next to the house.
