Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person; the data controller has not appointed a personal data protection officer.
Sources and categories of processing operations of personal dat
Dat controller procesess personal data that you have provided to him/her or personal data that the administrator has obtainned based on the fulfillment of your order.
The data controller processes your personal and contact data necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
Legal reason and purpose of personal data processing operation
The legal reason for the processing operations of the personal data is: fullfillment of the contract between you and the controller according to art. 6 par. 1 letter b) the controller´s legitimate interest in providing direct marketing (especially for sending business communications andnewsletters) pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1 letter f) GDPR, Your consent to processing for thepurposes of providing direct marketing (in particular for sending business communications and newsletters) according to art. 6, paragraph 1 letter a) GDPR in connection with § 7 paragraph 2 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services in the event that no goods or services have been ordered.
The purpose of personal data processing is: processing your order and exercising the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; when placing an order, personal data are required that are necessary for the successful processing of the order (name and address, contact), the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without the provision of personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or fulfill it on the part of the comtroller.
Personal data retention period
The data controller stores personal data: for the period necessary to exercise th rigths and obligations arising form the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims frome the contractual relationships (for a period of 5 years from the termination of the contractual relationship). Until the consent of the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked if personal data is processed on the basis of consent. After the personal data retention period has expired, the administator deletes the personal data.
Recepients of personal data (controller´s subcontractors):
Personal data reecepients are persons: participating in the delivery of goods/services/ making payments based on contract, providing e-shop operation services and other services in connection with the e-shop operation, providing marketing services.
The controller does not intend to transfer personald data to a third country (country not member of EU) o ran interational organization.
Your rights
Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have: access to the personal data according to atr. 15 GDPR, the right to correct personal data according to art. 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing according to art. 18 GDPR, the right to delete personal data according to art.17 GDPR, the right to object to processing pursuant to art. 21 GDPR and the right to data portability pursuant to art. 20 GDPR, the right to revoke consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email address of the administrator listed in art. III of these terms and conditions.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.
Terms of security of personal data
The controller declares that all appropriate technical and organizational measuers to secure personal data has been taken. The controller hase taken technical measeures to secure data repositories and repositories of personal data in paper form. The controller declares that only authorized persons have access to personal data.
