As part of our small series, which maps our activities, we are happy to introduce you to this historic apartment building, which we have been lovingly taking care of since 2020.
You can find it on the corner of Hradební and Pospíšilova streets. It is therefore located just a short distance from the historic heart of the city. It is thus part of the Urban Conservation Zone. Like the surrounding buildings, it was built at the beginning of the 20th century, thanks to which it is decorated with a beautiful classicist façade, which the current owners have also had sensitively restored to match the original form.
The house underwent a complete renovation in 2020, and the new façade was completed a year later. At present, there are a total of 15 residential units of various layouts and sizes, from 1+kk to 3+kk. All of them are equipped with modern designer furniture, made by a carpenter tailored to these apartments, as well as high-quality built-in appliances. A great advantage is its location in the historic center, all civic amenities are at your fingertips. A small plus for some can be a small yard, which can be used for a smaller seating area.
