In the center of Hradec Králové, on Šafaříkova Street, you will find this beautiful apartment building, which is a typical example of the Historic Art Nouveau style that was popular between 1895 and 1910. Its architectural features include balconies, mostly with metal railings, or plastic decorative elements on the facade.
The house found a new owner in 2020 and its exterior was sensitively renovated due to the historical importance of the building. At the same time, the new owner embarked on the reconstruction of the land, which gave rise to three luxury apartments available 3+kk with all modern equipment. The other nine apartments and two non-residential spaces have been left in their original state, with only partial revitalization.
We have been taking care of this object at Elementry since 2020 when the house received a new coat. We take care of both the rentals of all apartments and the overall administrative and technical management of the building ?.

At the beginning of 2024, the reconstruction of the original apartments on the first and second floors of the building will begin. Six new modern apartments will be built here, and each apartment will have around 100 m². All apartments will be available to rent from Spring or Summer 2024.
