We offer a newly renovated and furnished apartment on Malé náměstí. The historic house was renovated in 2021.

The apartment is furnished in collaboration with an architect and is equipped with custom-made furniture.

The apartment includes a spacious balcony with a view of the beautiful courtyard.

Heat is distributed throughout the house from a common gas boiler. Each apartment has its own water meter, electricity meter and heat meter, so you only pay for the energy you use.

We indicate the energy efficiency of the building as G, as we do not have a certificate of the energy efficiency of the building available.

The rent is  16,000 CZK

The deposit payments for energies and utilities 4,000 CZK.

Security deposit is 32,000 CZK.

Agency fee is 16,000 CZK.
